Our Constitution guarantees the fundamental rights of citizens, including the right to privacy and freedom of communication; therefore, the clandestine detection of personal information and private life through wiretapping or eavesdropping is, in principle, illegal. However, rampant illegal wiretapping and the leakage of information in communications are causing serious human rights violations and threatening the free formation of individual lives.
To guarantee freedom of communication in the information society by thoroughly protecting the privacy of Unicellfarm members and fundamentally eliminating the potential for such infringement of fundamental rights, we hereby specify the Privacy Policy as follows. The Unicellfarm Privacy Policy is subject to change in accordance with amendments to government laws and guidelines or changes in Unicellfarm’s policies. Members are advised to check this policy frequently when visiting the Unicellfarm website.
1. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
The purpose of collecting your personal information is to provide you with optimal, customized services through the Unicellpharm website. Unicellpharm offers various types of content, both free and paid. Based on the personal information you provide, we are able to selectively offer you more useful information.
Unicellpharm displays advertisements to provide these services. Even in this instance, your personal information enables us to selectively deliver advertisements that are more valuable as useful information.
2. Items of Personal Information Collected and Methods of Collection
Unicellpharm collects the most essential personal information required to provide services when you first sign up. The information collected during registration includes your date of birth, ID, marital status, nickname, referrer ID, password, name, email, address, phone number, and mobile phone number.
In addition to this, we request additional information to provide specific services. This includes
requesting your mobile phone number for real-name verification and other additional information necessary for service provision. Furthermore, we may request personal information for collective statistical analysis during surveys or events, or for the purpose of sending prizes. 3. Retention and Disposal of Personal Information
While you receive services provided by Unicellpharm as a member of Unicellpharm, your personal information will continue to be retained by Unicellpharm and used for the provision of services. However, if a member of Unicellpharm requests the deletion of their ID or cancellation of membership in accordance with the procedures described in ‘7. Access, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information’ below, or if the purpose for which the personal information was collected as previously notified to the member has been achieved, the collected personal information will be completely deleted from the hard disk using an irreversible method and processed so that it cannot be accessed or used for any purpose.
4. Provision and Sharing of Personal Information
In principle, Unicellpharm does not disclose members’ personal information to third parties or other companies or organizations. However, exceptions apply if the member has consented to disclosure, or if there are sufficient grounds to believe that personal information must be disclosed to take legal action against individuals who violate Unicellpharm’s Terms of Service, cause legal harm to others through the use of Unicellpharm’s services, or engage in acts that violate public order and good morals.
Unicellpharm may share members’ personal information with business partners to provide better services. Even in such cases, prior to collecting or providing information, we will inform the member of the identity of the business partner, what information is needed and why, and how and until when the information will be protected and managed, and we will seek their consent. If the member does not consent, we will not collect additional information or share it with business partners. Even when displaying
or sending advertisements to groups based on gender, age, or other specific conditions (e.g., women in their 20s), members’ personal information is not provided to the individuals or organizations that commissioned the advertisement. Furthermore, for purposes such as statistical processing, academic research, or market surveys, information is provided only in a form that does not allow for the identification of specific individuals.
5. Operation and Use of Cookies
To provide personalized and customized services to each individual member, Unicellfarm uses “cookies” that store and frequently retrieve member information. A cookie is a small data packet sent by the server operating the website to the user’s browser and is stored on the hard disk of your computer.
You must allow cookies to use personalized or customized services after accessing and logging in to Unicellfarm. Unicellfarm uses cookies to identify information regarding your ID in order to provide you with suitable and more useful services. By
assigning a unique cookie to the browsers of users accessing Unicellfarm, it is also used to determine user scale, such as the frequency of site usage by members and non-members or the total number of users. Additionally, cookie information is used for authentication or to assist with product purchases on Unicellfarm Shopping, and cookies are also used to verify your participation history in other events or surveys.
By using cookies to analyze your visit and usage patterns regarding Unicellfarm services, we are able to create and provide more useful and convenient services.
You have the right to control cookies. 6. Technical and Institutional Management for Personal Information Protection

Only you know your account password, and verifying or changing your personal information is only possible by you, the person who knows the password. Therefore, you must not disclose your password to anyone. Additionally, it is advisable to log out and close your web browser after you have finished your work. This procedure is especially necessary to prevent your personal information from being disclosed to others if you share a computer with others or use it in a public place.
Unicellpharm takes measures to prevent damage caused by computer viruses by using antivirus software. The antivirus software is updated periodically, and in the event of a sudden virus outbreak, we provide the updated antivirus software as soon as it becomes available to prevent the compromise of your personal information. To prevent
the leakage of members’ personal information due to hacking, we currently use devices that block external intrusions to prevent attacks and hacking from outside, and we have installed intrusion detection systems on each server to monitor for intrusions 24 hours a day. Furthermore, to prepare for potential damage to members’ personal information, we back up our systems and data to be ready for any contingencies.
Unicellpharm limits the number of employees handling personal information to a minimum and emphasizes compliance with this policy through frequent training of relevant staff. Furthermore, through audits by the Audit Committee, it verifies the implementation of this policy and employee compliance, taking immediate corrective action if any issues are discovered.
7. Access, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information
You may view or correct your registered personal information at any time, and request the deletion of your ID.

Unicellpharm will never ask for your password via email or any other means, so please do not disclose your password under any circumstances.
